Dear Friend,
Have you ever gotten up and stepped in the closet to get your clothes and the floor was soaked?
I have and it wasn't fun, I was up at 4:30 to go fishing and the last thing I expected to do that day was repair a water leak. Not only did I not get to go fishing but I spent most of the day removing the laminate flooring, drying the concrete and finding and repairing the pinhole leak in the wall behind the bathroom sink.
In Florida where I live in a twenty five year old house pinhole leaks are very common. if you haven't had one yet you probably will. I have been hearing of folks with two and three year old homes having these problems also. I guess with prices high the contractors are cutting corners, and not using the best practices.
What other are saying...
Hi ,
I have used your tips and I must say
that I am very impressed and very grateful for
the information.
I am on social security and couldn't afford a plumber so I had my son come over and fix the leak with the information you provided. Thanks again, I will recommend you to my friends.

I know that with the economy tough right now, we need to save every penny we can. If I can save you $40.00 to $75.00 on a repair bill then I am happy. Of course you may have a more serious problem and will need a plumber, but if it's only a small pinhole then you can probably stop the leak yourself.
